What we’re looking for from you to join our team:


Are you passionate about using data to improve customer experiences? Do you have an analytical mind and a knack for storytelling through insights?


We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Insight Officer with a strong technical and analytical background to help shape customer experiences by collecting, analysing and interpreting a wide range of feedback and data. In this pivotal role we are looking for a critical thinker with a passion for customer experience and utilising a range of techniques to take multiple complex datasets and turn it into actionable insight to drive improvement.

We offer hybrid working and you will be working a 7-hour day between Monday – Friday.
