Salary - £40,157.45

    Due to the current post holder moving into a new role, we have an exciting opportunity to lead a small customer services team who process and manage customer communications, ensuring each contact has a positive and successful outcome. The successful candidate will be an expert in customer service, experienced in driving change and digital transformation.

    The post holder will be methodical, organised and dynamic, seeking out best practice and leading a small team to deliver “right first time” services. An ability to analyse data, develop robust measurable performance standards for the team and be a champion for improving the customer experience is essential.

    The post holder will have responsibility for managing complaints, being the key contact for the Housing Ombudsman and ensuring we learn from all customer feedback. The successful candidate will be proactive in seeking best practice, striving for excellence and delivering efficient services. They will collaborate with colleagues at all levels to ensure a smooth and effective customer experience.
