We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join our established team. Reporting to our Compliance Manager, our Compliance Inspector will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest standards of asset management. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to our organization's success. In addition, we are looking for candidates that have a passion to advocate on behalf of people and communities.

What do our Compliance Inspector’s do;

  • Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

  • Identify and report any compliance issues or risks, recommending corrective actions as necessary.

  • Collaborate with various departments to implement compliance measures and improve processes.

  • Maintain accurate records of inspections and compliance activities.

  • Provide training and guidance on compliance matters to colleagues as needed.

    What we are looking for;

  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks and asset management principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in maintaining detailed records and reports.
