About the role
To act as a responsible officer, monitoring and reporting on property compliance across Trident stock including the lead Officer for the Co-Operative Services. The role will monitor adherence of Trident’s legal duties and compiling compliance reports and maintain robust asset records. The role will support with the supervision of the day to day delivery of servicing, repairs and voids works for the Co-operative and to assist with procurement / contract management of  M&E services

Within the role there will be a variety of tasks that you will be responsible for:
  • Managing Damp & Mould Cases: Monitor mailboxes, update CRM systems, track case progress, and provide regular reporting using PowerBI dashboards.
  • Overseeing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs): Schedule and track EPC renewals, coordinate contractor processes, and manage resident communications.
  • Supporting Planned Works: Pool and organize data from the SAVA portal to facilitate planned works.
  • Enhance Compliance & Data Management: Conduct data validation, maintain Openview system updates, and create PowerBI dashboards to drive a data-led approach.
  • Drive Operational Improvements: Assist with system integrations, reporting enhancements, and other initiatives to optimize workflows and performance.

    About You
  • Proficiency in PowerBI, CRM systems, and advanced spreadsheet functions.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage recurring tasks and ad hoc responsibilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail when managing and analysing data.
  • Analytical thinking to generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and correspond with residents.

    Experience:
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations such as EPCs, damp and mould, and HHSRS (desirable).
  • Experience managing purchase orders, invoices, and financial records.
  • Proven ability to maintain and update dashboards for reporting purposes.

    Competencies:
  • Adaptability to support evolving business needs.
  • Problem-solving skills to enhance processes and reporting accuracy.
  • A proactive approach to learning and implementing new IT systems.
