An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Independent Living Coordinator to join our Living Well Team area of the business here at Wythenshawe Community Housing Group. The Independent Living Coordinator will provide a range of effective independent living support services to customers enabling independence and positive health outcomes by delivering high quality support interventions. The successful candidate will be expected to provide structured support to customers who require it in an inclusive way within our sheltered schemes, extra care, learning disability schemes and locality wide.

If you have relevant skills and experience in tenancy and tenancy support management, then please review the job description and person specification for further information on this role. The successful candidate will have experience in agreeing support plans and providing housing management support to customers who require it in sheltered schemes. You will also have experience of working with partners in providing structured support to customers.

The role is offered on a permanent, full time, basis (35 hours per week). Due to the nature of the work, a flexible and adaptable approach to the working day is required.
