If yes – then this could be the perfect job for you! You don’t need to come with a knowledge of housing, as we’ll give you all the training you need to feel confident in the role. Due to the success of internal recruitment, we’re looking for friendly motivated and customer focussed people to work in our customer service centre providing advice and support with a variety of customer queries.

As part of a supportive and friendly team, you will be working 36 hours a week on shifts between 8.00am – 9.00pm Monday to Friday. There are many options for progression, as the role provides an excellent introduction to housing. So, if you’re interested in a career within housing this is a fantastic opportunity.

The role - What I’ll be doing

  • Taking incoming calls from customers to help with their queries.

  • Answering customer emails, webchats and social media service requests.

  • Helping customers with their enquiries about repairs, rents, anti-social behaviour and other housing matters.

  • Solving problems and providing positive outcomes to customers.

  • Operating a remote concierge service managing visitor access to our tall buildings.


We’re looking for someone who:



  • Is passionate about providing excellent customer service.

  • Has excellent organisation and time management skills.

  • Works well in a team and is flexible.

  • Is comfortable handling customers in difficult situations and can remain calm to achieve a successful outcome.

  • Can follow processes and input accurate and relevant notes into computer systems.

  • Understands the importance of data protection and confidentiality.
