What we’re looking for from you to join our team:
The New Business Manager will be responsible for full pre-contract project management of new housing developments. Including, identifying and appraising new opportunities, building relationships with landowners, developers and agents to ensure best value for money. Progressing new schemes through the planning process and negotiating robust legal contracts for land and works.

You will be working amongst a highly skilled team of Development professionals. The Growth Directorate includes New Business, Project Delivery and Homeshub (Sales and Leasehold). The New Business role is key to the directorate in ensuring there is a strong pipeline of opportunities to maintain Plus Dane’s Growth ambitions.

Quality is valued above quantity at Plus Dane, and ensuring the right homes are being delivered in the right places with a strong social value purpose. The Growth programme delivers this through a variety of S106 acquisitions, land and works deals and regeneration opportunities.

We are looking for an experienced New Business Manager with a strong academic background including a professional qualification in a relevant field, or demonstratable equivalent experience. Someone who is passion about Growth, has an eye for detail and understands the importance of working compliantly. You will need to be skilled at thinking outside the box and preparing strong business cases to secure approval from Senior leadership and Board.
