We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Support Worker in the Supported Housing Team.
About the role
This role is to support vulnerable people experiencing mental ill health and or have chaotic lifestyles in their own homes and out in the community.
About you
Applicants should have some experience of supporting vulnerable adults and promoting their independence to help them to achieve personal goals. You will have an allocated caseload of clients who you will support in their owns and out in the community. You are responsible for managing your own caseload and diary.

Support Worker – Fixed term until September 2024
Salary is £25,242 per annum plus a Karbon car payment of £2,260 per annum
Location: Gosforth
Regular travel will be required across North Tyneside
37 Hours per week with some homeworking available/flexible working
