What we’re looking for from you to join our team:
We are looking for an experienced Communal Cleaning Operative to join our new Communal Cleaning Team.
This role is a mobile position, covering sites across the Cheshire and Merseyside areas and suitable candidates will be provided with a van and relevant equipment to fulfil their duties.
Successful candidates will carry out general cleaning duties to the communal areas of flat blocks occupied by our tenants and leaseholders.
Duties will include the full range of cleaning and waste services from vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting, wiping, cleaning carpets, cleaning internal windows and frames and also pressure washing bin storage areas.
In addition, you will be responsible for re-ordering stock and general cleaning supplies as well as doing regular vehicle and equipment checks.
1 fixed term contract for up to 12 months, based in Runcorn, with travel across Cheshire and Merseyside
