We are looking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the role of Customer Relationship Advisors in the Customer Relationship Team. This is an exciting opportunity to support our customers with queries through multiple channels.

About the role 
Our Customer Relationship Team is committed to delivering excellent service to our customers. We represent Karbon at the first point of contact, dealing with a variety of customer enquiries. We pride ourselves on being knowledgeable, efficient and customer focused, delivering a quality customer experience.

We are looking to appoint suitably experienced individuals to undertake the posts of Customer Relationship Advisors. The successful candidates will handle a range of customer enquiries. They will provide valuable support for our customers, expertly triaging issues, identifying the appropriate path for each customer and resolving as much as possible first time around. They will be expected to handle complaints and try to resolve They will be customer focused, liaising with colleagues to ensure a first-class service is provided.

About you 
The successful applicants will demonstrate an ability to work under pressure and to collaborate with other team members and the wider business to form part of an effective team. Experience in customer service, objection handling and problem solving would be beneficial. They will try and resolve any customer issues at the first point of contact or raise a complaint to the relevant person as part of our complaints policy. They will have good communication skills and be able to answer queries through various channels.

The successful candidates will work in our Customer RelationshipTeam led by the Customer Relationship Head of Service Claire Cherry.

Customer Relationship Advisors – Two permanent roles and one fixed term for 12 months

  • Salary is £ £26,087 per annum

  • Location: Officially based at one of our offices across the region (Newburn or Stanley) Applicants must be North East based and able to travel easily to one of the offices listed

  • Roles will be hybrid working therefore working both at home and your contractual based office

  • When not attending the office we do require you to have a quiet dedicated workspace you can work from uninterrupted, and sufficient internet connection within your home.

  • Training will be for a period of 2 weeks and successful applicants will be required to attend the Stanley office during this time.

  • 37 hours per week – Shifts available are 9:30-17:30 & 10:00-18:00 Monday to Friday
