As a Trustee with Transform, you'll be part of a friendly and dynamic team shaping the future to positively impact over 1,800 people who rely on our services each year. We're proud of our high client satisfaction rates and strong colleague engagement – and we need your skills to continue this success.

What we’re looking for

We ideally seek expertise in one of these areas:

  • social housing or social care and health

  • strategic property management and sustainability – the road to Net Zero

  • finance and accounting

  • law, governance and compliance.
