Our plan was created in collaboration with our Board, colleagues and customers and now we are looking for people who can be part of a great team to help to deliver it.

As a registered social landlord with over 13,000 homes and the largest provider in Wirral, we want to utilise our position as one of Liverpool City Region’s anchor organisations to make a positive impact on the communities, customers and colleagues we work with.

We are seeking three new Board Directors who believe in our sole value to ‘do the right thing’, who can help us achieve the goals set out in our strategic plan and really make a difference to the people behind the front door in all of our homes. Housing experience is not essential but would be preferable for the regeneration position. We are looking for people who can connect with our purpose, vision and values from any sector or lived experience.

Chair of Risk and Audit Committee
We are looking for someone who can encourage collaboration and active engagement from everyone involved. An appreciation for the role the committee plays within a regulated environment is important, along with the ability to make common sense business decisions that will help us achieve our aims while making sure the customer is at the centre of all we do. It is not essential to have a financial background for this role.
