As part of this role, you will:

  • To manage and coordinate repairs to resolution. This involves liaising with external contractors/agencies, internal clients and tenants.

  • To ensure that all systems contain accurate and up to date information to reflect real time activity.

  • To respond to telephone calls, emails and other customer or staff requests in a timely and effective manner.

  • To manage more complex repair projects involving multiple contractors to ensure the tenant is informed at all stages of the repair and is clear on the work being carried out.

  • To contribute towards improved customer service, by ensuring that all appointments are met, and customers are informed at all stages.

  • To actively participate in contract monitoring and to ensure quality, value for money and KPIs are being met. As well as proactively liaising with contractors to ensure performance targets are met.


About you
Our ideal Repairs Coordinator will have:

  • Experience in the scheduling of repairs to domestic properties.

  • Experience of working in a customer facing environment, dealing with difficult and complex situations, is desirable.

  • Experience in building or related service industry, is desirable.

  • Excellent IT skills are required.

Person Specification:

  • GCSE A-C or equivalent including English and Maths
