HDN can work with you to provide support when, how and where you would like it. From a half-day critical friend role to get some external input on an area of work to more involved commissions over longer periods of time with a retained consultancy agreement, we have the skills and expertise to help progress your organisation’s work around equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI). Our Associate Consultants across the country support us to deliver our consultancy work, all of whom have different areas of specialist knowledge from both inside and outside the housing sector. When you work with HDN, you have access to a wide pool of diverse experienced professionals who are here to support you in any way you need.

Strategy Development

We’re adept at helping housing organisations develop their longer-term ambitions in terms of diversity and inclusion. We are firm advocates of organisations having a long-term plan or strategy which brings together your corporate ambitions, a deep understanding of community needs, customer insight and data and how you intend to offer the best possible services.

Staff networks / Employee resource groups

Whilst consultancy proposals are largely bespoke, as the needs of every member or client are different, we have put together two packages to support organisations who would like some help with Staff networks / Employee resource groups.

Other areas of consultancy support include EDI audits to establish a snapshot of your organisation’s current situation, assistance developing or reviewing EDI strategies and policies, effective action planning, accessibility assessments, and customer communications.
